For sale is a replica of the iconic AC Cobra car designed by Carroll Shelby. 300 HP engine, manual gearbox. Cobra was developed in cooperation between the British company AC Cars and the American company Shelby American, led by Carroll Shelby. The technical basis for the model was its predecessor, AC Ace. The Cobra was powered by a 4.2-liter V8 engine designed by Ford (later 4.7 liters), a differential from the Jaguar E-Type and disc brakes on the front and rear wheels. In the North American market, the Cobra was offered under the Shelby brand as the Shelby Cobra, produced in the company's local facilities in Venice, California. Visually, the car was identical to the European variant produced under the AC brand.
