We are delighted to offer for sale an iconic Alfa Romeo Giulia 1600 Spider. The Giulia 1600 Spider series 101. 23 was born in 1962 as an evolution of its predecessor, the Giulietta Spider series 101. 03. Aesthetically, the two cars are practically identical, with the exception of a few minor modifications made to the Giulia, such as the air intake on the bonnet, the larger rear lights and the '1600' lettering on the tail. Further differences can be seen in the interior, such as the three-spoke steering wheel and instrument graphics. During the Giulia 1600 Spider's production period, which ran from 1962 to 1965, a total of 9, 250 examples were made, 400 of which were right-hand-drive. This car was registered in 1964 and had red bodywork, black leather upholstery, red carpeting and a black canvas soft top to match. The engine is an AR00112 in-line four-cylinder with a displacement of 1570 cc and a power output of 91 hp, a five-speed manual synchronised gearbox and front disc brakes.
