Classic Car Design offers you this appealing Alfa Romeo Giulia GT Veloce 2000. One of the most versatile cars of the seventies: first a line due to Giorgetto Giugiaro then designer at Bertone but also a torquey and raging 2-liter twin-shaft engine, a 5 gearbox and a self-locking differential for sportiness, while offering very honest comfort. You immediately feel good in this coupe.
On the outside, the body sports the unmistakable "rosso" color of Alfa Romeo. If the car presents very well with beautiful chrome and its real MAS rims, it will nevertheless be necessary to envisage some work on bodywork: at least on the right rocker panel and for a “perfect” car a complete painting. The car may be sold to you as it is or with work done, the price changing accordingly.
Inside, we find the typical Alfa Romeo atmosphere of the time, the black leatherette contrasting with the steering wheel, the knob, the wood veneers and some chrome. The front seats have been replaced by OMP Vintage bucket which are much in the spirit. Original seats are available. The upholstery is generally in good condition including the headliner without any tearing.
Mechanically, the engine as well as the running gear were overhauled a little over 5 years ago and have only been drive around 11000km since then. Suffice to say that everything works very well. The car has been maintained with a view to reliability, in fact, its owner is a fan of regularity rallies.
This Bertone Coupe is made for cruising on country roads, it will take you far and fast ... Even if it requires a little care on the exterior, this is your chance to succumb to the most accomplished Giulia Coupe.
