1930 ALVIS SILVER EAGLE 16/ 95 TOURERChassis Number: 13216Registration Number: LJ3059A simply immaculate example that has been fully rebuilt & presents beautifully, resplendent in deep maroon & black unmarked paintwork along wiith new black hides to the interior.This car originally left the works with Atlantic Saloon coachwork by Carbodies which was subsequently replaced with dual cowl tourer coachwork during restoration to the pleasing form we find it in today.This car has been well maintained with considerable expenditure with an Alvis specialist. The upholstery and trim are all in excellent order. A highly regarded marque specialist has maintained the car. Since restoration the car has done just a few hundred miles each year on high days & holidays & is running beautifully.The car comes with a sigle side mount spare wheel & also a large motoring trunk to the back. There is a brand new double duck hood that goes easily down & stows neatly under a matching hood bag. A tonneu cover also comes with the car allowing for the rear quarters to be covered when not in use by passengers.Under the bonnet the fully rebuilt 2. 2 litre engine sits in an immaculate engine bay detailed to show standards. A correct Alvis hare mascot sits atop the radiator. The car has a good turn of speed & runs comfortably at modern traffic speeds.Simply put; this is a fully restored car running beautifully that wants for nothing.
