Seller's comments about 1961' Alvis TD21
Beautiful 1961 Alvis TD21 Series 1 Drophead Coupe owned by me for 17 years. Recent full body restoration and finished in pearlescent dark blue to show standard. Extensive mechanical and electrical restoration during my ownership including the fitment of a fully rebuilt, balanced and unleaded TE21 engine, a 5 speed ZF gearbox plus power steering. Original refurbished leather interior and the wood veneers, new chrome throughout plus a very good hood and a stainless steel exhaust system.
Lots of history and invoices etc., plus the original buff log book and the build record from Alvis.
The sale price includes the original TD21 engine (now rebuilt) plus the 4 speed BMC gearbox and the manual steering system.
Further details of restoration work carried out will be supplied upon request. MOT until October 2022.
