Seller's comments about 1968' AMC Javelin

So much mechanically new or almost new I’m not sure where to start. All New Engine seals and gaskets, and fresh engine paint, New clutch assembly, New Delco 65 amp alternator, Rebuilt power steering pump, New power break booster and master cylinder, New Holly 650 street avenger, New Holly electric fuel pump, Edelbrock classic valve covers, Vintage Edelbrock R4B aluminum intake manifold, MSD Ignition (Distributor), MSD Blaster 2 coil, MSD plug wires, Billet specialty plug wire holders, Ceramic coated headers, All new rear brakes, front pads are good, New sway bar bushings, Aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and automatic electric fan regulator, Aluminum rear differential cover, Vintage WELD Racing alloy wheels, Fuel tank rebuilt, Hurst shifter, New steering wheel, Interior is clean and serviceable but not new or original. Paint is in good condition but NOT a show quality paint job. It’s a repaint (original color is white) of unknown age but looks pretty good. Walking around it at 10-15 ft it looks really good. Look closely and there are some flaws as an older repaint would have. Floor pans are original and not rotted, look at the pictures as they are represented well. All trim, lights and glass are present and correct. This car was already painted when I bought it 8-10 years ago. Has been garaged the whole time I have owned it. Included are the original Radiator, Fan, shroud, (Go-Pak optioned parts) Distributor, Valve covers, Fuel pump(s), and the original owner’s manual (Yes the Original not a reprint) as well as a reprint of the AMC shop manual. Also are the first approximately 10 years (1968-1978) service records from the original owner (Claude H Allison) who purchased it new from Floyd Brown Rambler in Beaumont California. The general condition of this car is probably attributed to being originally a California car. I have researched this car considerably and have decoded all the numbers. It is an actual SST 343 4speed car, and the engine and transmission are correct. In 1968 (Model year ended in August) AMC made approximately 56,000 + Javelins, this one is #54495. Of the total Javelins 26,027 were SST models and only 8,954 were 343 V8 equipped (Numbers per documentation on planethoustonamx.com). I have not found any records of how many Automatic and 4 speed transmission models were furnished on SST 343 cars but I have seen far more Automatics than 4 Speeds. A conservative guess would be about half and half, making this car possibly 1/4500 mechanically. The engine tag decodes as a first year of production (1968), Z (343 high compression 4bbl) dated July 4th, the engine block casting is also coded correctly for a 1968 343 engine block. There’s a tag in the seat dated 6/26/68. The Door tag also confirms the SST and color of the paint and interior. Interestingly the original color combination is Frost white paint with a Tan vinyl interior. I have been following these cars since I was in high school and my first car was a 1968 Javelin (white with black interior), and I have yet to see another Frost White with Tan interior. My plan was to put it back to that combination due to the rarity of all things combined. All codes correlate to being final assembled in July of 1968. For a car of its age it looks great, drives great and runs great. I just don’t have the time I had hoped I would, and would like to see it go to a good home that can finish bringing this rare classic muscle car to the example it is. Not all Javelins are worthy of that, I believe this one is.Please No Dealers or Low ball offers, this car is priced well for it condition. NADA Average book value is $19,400.00
