This Aston Martin DB2 was ordered in 1953 by its first owner in the US as a left-hand drive in the Vantage specification. He then paid 1.284 pounds to Aston Martin. Only 18 more vehicles were built this way. To date, he has his original engine, so the value-forming matching numbers. In 2000, the Drophead Coupé came back to Europe and was restored by its owner from Monaco in France. An invoice of FF 181,000 is available. In 2012, the current owner acquired it. In 2013, the engine was re-engineered by the renowned AM Heritage Partner Fa. Roos in Switzerland. In 2017, the rear axle followed. The vehicle is in excellent condition today and ready for the next exit.
