Seller's comments about 1936' Austin 18 Hertford Saloon
For Sale, our lovely 1936 Austin Hertford saloon.
A very large vintage.
Rebuilt a few years ago, to such a degree that this vehicle could be used as a daily driver.
The original engine and gearbox was removed and replaced with a ford 2.0l pinto so it is able to keep up in today's modern traffic. (I still have the original engine and gearbox with me here and it goes with the car!). The conversion was straight forward and would be easy to swap back should you wish to do so.
Viewing is highly recommended on this car to appreciate its quality.
