Thank you for viewing myAustin. This vehicle has been a labour of love over the past six months and even now i am reluctant to count the hours i have spent on it. Suffice to say most of my waking hours have been spent in my garage stripping and completely rebuilding this 1951 Austin Atlantic. Austin Atlantic Extencive Restoration
Chassis;-
Wire brushed to bare metal ,sprayed with. Stone chip & gloss black.& waxoyled inside all box sections
Engine;-
striped & rebuilt with new parts
gaskets oil seals
mountings
Cooling;-
New Radiator
New water pump
All new hoses
New heater matrex
new full exhaust system
Gear box;-
all oil seals replaced
detent balls & springs
new mountings .
new clutch
Brake's;-
new master cyl.kit
front cylinder's kits shoes & springs
rear cylinder's kits shoes & springs
copper brake pipes & flexies
Suspension;-
striped & rebuilt bushes
All shocks striped and rebuilt& filled with new oil
Axels;-
front & rear axle all new oil seal's fitted
bump stops shocks & trackrod ends
all hub's adjusted
New tyres
Electric's;-
front side lamp's & headlamps all old style &New
New Battrey
Body;-
all repaired striped to bare metal & resprayed
new door seals
New vinyl roof
Interior;
Reupholstered front, & rear seat & all panels
new carpets
new head lining
Front rear bumpers & overiders rechromed
side mouldings rechromed
new door handles
