The BN2 is already characterised as the improved version of the original design by using the 4-speed gearbox with overdrive on the 2 highest gears and a modified rear axle.

The nec plus ultra of this BN2 is this 100M Le Mans version offered here, delivered from the factory with larger carburettors, higher compression, better airflow and a stiffer suspension which gave the power a lift up to 110 hp, in combination with the ‘Louvered’ hood and hood belt.

Only 640 copies of this Le Mans version left the Longbridge factory.
The classic offered here is one of those 640 factory 100Ms, and has been completely overhauled and restored over the years. Also prepared to perfection by the previous owner with rallies and tour rides in mind. The car got an alternator and an improved starter. Electricity was completely renewed to provide all instruments and navigation equipment with sufficient power and reliability, and seat belts were fitted. All this is fully reversible so that the car can be perfectly restored to its original state. This matching numbers and colours car also has the necessary BMHT and Le Mans register certificates to prove this. There are also numerous historical invoices and maintenance documents available.
