Seller's comments about 1966' Austin Healey Sprite
The Healey was resting for 12 years in a dry garage.
Earlier in its life, it received a crate 1275 GT engine.
The car has only done 23400 miles from new, which seems correct but cannot be guaranteed.
The car has been resprayed, but work commitments and a backlog of work stop us from finishing the car off.
The engine starts and runs. The car is partially put back together after the respray, but further work is required.
We have everything to do this, including dashboard, seats, exterior and interior trim. This is an easy project for someone.
We have put in a new downpipe, Radiator, and new brake shoes, amongst other things.
The car itself is in good condition, considering she is 55 years old.
The car comes with a rare Ashly GT Hardtop, Tonneau cover, and we also have the heritage certificate for the car.
The car will come with the original boot if you want to drive it with the top down.
It is a shame we can't finish the pretty little car. But all we do is push it around the workshop, so it needs to go to someone who will complete the Healey and enjoy it.
