A really lovely, 1936 Derby Bentley. 4¼ by Park Ward. It benefited from an excellent overhaul in the late 1990’s. It has been repainted in two tone cream, the interior is re-upholstered in burgundy with matching carpets and has all been re-chromed. It has a fabulous history as the first owner of the car was George Jeffrey Smith, Managing Editor of the Autocar Magazine. He specified the whole car having a magnificent dashboard reminiscent of a 1930’s aircraft with all silver finished dials, heater screen demister, map lights, internal lights, cigarette lighters and all fitting as original and has recently had a new headlining. The car features in a number of period press listings of the time. The car is in good condition, recent work includes new tyres, rebuilt starter motor and carburetors, replacement twin fuel pumps, full brake system overhaul, relined front brakes and recent service and new MOT. Ready to go £69000
