Originally delivered new in South Africa, this car was imported to Portugal in 1975. Unfortunately, the registration documents do not mention the exact date of first registration.
The car remained unused for many years before being acquired by its current owner in 2020. At that time, a series of works were carried out in order to return it to safe and reliable road use. These included a mechanical overhaul, revision of the braking and cooling systems, new tyres, and various additional maintenance works. The car also received a repaint.
Today, I would describe it as an honest classic: it drives well, presents nicely, and can be enjoyed as it is, although it is not a concours-level example.
More than 200 detailed photographs, together with a comprehensive walkaround video, are available upon request.
Price: €12, 500 (payment in Euros).
The vehicle may be reserved with a deposit. Should the car not correspond to its description or to what is shown in the photographs and videos, the deposit will be fully refunded.
The car is located in Portugal, near Porto Airport, with several convenient low-cost flight connections available throughout Europe. I would be pleased to collect any genuinely interested buyer from the airport.
Worldwide transport can be arranged at the buyer’s expense, and I will gladly provide contacts for reputable classic and collector car transport specialists.
