BMW 2002 Touring E10 (so-called "02") - 1972 | INKA ORANGE | a classic after renovation. A rare BMW 2002 Touring from 1972 for sale - the E6 model, belonging to the iconic "02" series. A car in an exceptionally characteristic and sought-after configuration - both in terms of the body - TOURING! and the INKA ORANGE color. The example underwent bodywork and paint renovation a few years ago. Currently, it does not require any significant work - it looks very good and is a solid base for further refinement or use as a weekend classic. Touring version - a rarity on the market. The presented copy is the Touring version, i.e. a characteristic hatchback body with a chopped off rear, much less common than the classic coupe. This model was produced for a relatively short time (1971–1974), and the total production of all Touring versions amounted to approximately 30,000 units, of which the 2002 Touring version alone was only approximately 10–12 thousand units. In practice, this means that it is a clearly rarer model than the standard BMW 2002, so much so that even people familiar with the "02" series are not always aware of the existence of the Touring version. A lot of potential to enrich classic BMW collections with such an unusual model!
