Comprehensive restoration carried out in the 1990's reportedly by a leading BMW specialist. Restoration photographs are on file.
The restoration, carried out many years ago now, has stood up very well indeed and has mellowed very nicely, hence the car now presents as a very authentic example.
The car is still fitted with its original genuine BMW coco style mats in colour coded orange. The running in stickers are still affixed to the windscreen!
