Seller's comments about 1978' BMW Seria 3 315
Hello,
BMW E21 for sale with the 315 engine version. The car has undergone a number of repairs and changes in appearance. The car is used on weekends only in nice weather, covering 300-400 km routes without any problems. It starts without any problems, even after a long standstill. VIN 5855653
Since purchase, the following has been done:
- reconstruction of thresholds and floor
- replacing the carburetor (the old one is added to the car)
- disassembly and powder coating of suspension elements - front and rear
- installation of threaded suspension
- replacing metal-rubber bushings with 80Sha polyurethane
- replacement of bearings and seals
- replacement of front seats + reconstruction of seat upholstery (I add the old ones to the car)
- replacement of ignition elements
- cabin soundproofing
- regeneration of the drive shaft
and many other minor repairs, most of which I have receipts and invoices for. Each repair was described in the car's booklet. It is not a complete original due to the change of the engine and interior by the previous owner, so several changes were made to the outside: changing the front lights to tinted ones, lowering the suspension, changing the color of the bumpers and kidneys to black, installing an aileron (Zender), changing the color of the upholstery to black, steering wheel change.
I add all the parts remaining after the modifications to the car: seats, original wheel set, carburetor, steering wheel, lights, suspension elements. The car has minor traces of corrosion that should be protected.
