1968 Camaro RestoMod w Protouring style

It's a beautifully restored 1968 Camaro SS ‘vert. She was an original PS, PB, A/C, PW, Pwr top car. I have owned this ’68 drop-top for over 22 years. It has been through a few changes in that time. In 2010 I got bit by the RestoMod bug and needed to bring the car into the 21st century! Under the hood resides an all-aluminum LS2 backed by a 4L70E transmission. Baer brakes provide plenty of stopping power while DSE, QA-1, and Hotchkis help the handling. The car was painted about 18 years ago and there are very few, if any flaws. I'd rate the paint probably an 8 out of 10... maybe a little higher. It has stood the test of time. All the “Pro-Touring” work, as well as the transformation to 21st century attitude was expertly done at Screamin’ Performance by Brian Johnston. A full "frame off rotisserie" restoration was done BEFORE the RestoMods were accomplished. (you got to start with a great foundation...)
I will list a few highlights below.

*’09 LS2 with Vette LS6 intake

*4L70E recently rebuilt with Vette servos

*3.73 gears in a 10 bolt rear end (original 12-bolt gone long ago)
*Baer T4 and SS4 (frt/back) Wheel Disc Brake conversion
*MagnaFlow 3” SS with X-pipe (Sounds amazing)
*All rubber bushings replaced with Polyurethane (frame, body, control arms, engine mounts)
*New Vintage classic gauge cluster
*All new upper and lower door hinges
*custom blue/white leatherette Scat Pro Rallye seats with slide and recline adjustment
* Hotchkis lowering leafs and new QA-1 and KYB shocks
*All new American Autowire “Classic Update” wiring front to back including new factory fuse box
* DSE front upper/lower arms w/ lowering springs

The car is in excellent shape and pictures won't do this thing justice i'm sure. It has always been garage kept and babied. She’s been driven about 2900 miles since the rotisserie Resto Mod and enjoyed it. I wouldn't be afraid to take her anywhere. It is time to sell for the next project. $75,000 OBO
