Now up for sale in our Houston Showroom is this 1972 Chevrolet Corvette. 1972 was the last year for chrome bumpers at both front and rear, the vacuum actuated pop-up windshield wiper door, as well as the removable rear window. This beautiful Corvette has had a very recent and well done Ontario Orange paint job that looks amazing in the sunlight. Our HD pictures do not do the paint jobs finish justice, you have to see this car in person to appreciate it. Along with looking great, this Corvette only has 49,552 actual miles! It is a numbers matching car with its original engine & transmission that is still running great. Its 350 CID V8 starts up with no hesitation and sounds great out of the cars new 2 & 1/2” dual exhaust. Additional goodies added to the engine are a new mild camshaft, new lifters, new Lunati valve springs, new performance headers, new heater core, new spark plugs with wires, all new weather stripping on the doors & T-tops, new chrome water pump, new chrome valve covers, new chrome brake master cylinder, & chrome air cleaner. Paired to that V8 is the original 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly throughout the gears with no issues. On the interior, you will find the original saddle colored leather seats & dash that are in almost like condition. The carpet, pillar posts, & steering wheel have all been replaced recently with sound deadening material laid down prior to installation.
