The 1981 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by a 350 cubic inch L-81 V8 engine paired with a three-speed automatic gearbox. The bodywork sports a vibrant red paint in good condition and the black interior features new seats with vinyl armrests and leather-trimmed centre inserts on fresh foam, complemented by new front floor mats and console panels. The vehicle is equipped with functional air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, electric windows, a tilt and telescopic steering wheel, and a non-operational cruise control. The tyres are eight years old but in good condition, whilst the brakes are sound with no current leaks. Recent work includes replacement of the transmission sump gasket, filter and gear lever seal, plus an oil change and new spark plugs. The headlights function correctly in all positions and the wipers are operational. The dashboard features a working speedometer and rev counter with all console gauges active, although the dashboard warning lights don't illuminate. The aftermarket radio won't power up, preventing the electric aerial from functioning, and the horn is inoperative.
