Seller's comments about 1972' Chevrolet Impala
This is a truly garaged time capsule classic. 1972 was the last year the impala was available in convertible, making it a collector. Only 6456 sold in North America. Had been in storage for 27 years, I am 2nd owner. It has been serviced and inspected by mechanic, runs good , brand new battery, new engine oil and brake fluids. New master cylinder , fuel pump/ filter and fuel lines.
All original 350-v8, Turbo Hydramatic transmission, only 64k original low miles. A/C works (needs recharge) Manual windows, power disc brakes, power steering, power ragtop. Ragtop works perfectly fine and in good condition. Stock suspension, all chrome trim/glass is complete and in good condition. Chrome bumpers have very small surface rust spots. Body/paint is original brown metallic. No rust patch repair anywhere, the drivers fender, quarter and trunk have very small surface rust but can be easily refinished. The frame/trunk/floors/inners are all solid. Super clean original tan leather interior in near perfect condition with original floor mats. Brand new 13x7 all Chrome/black powder coated wire wheel knockoffs with zenith 2 bar. Brand new tires. Only thing it needs is the fuel sensor for dash gauge. You will have a very hard time finding another in this condition. This is a turn key car, ready for new owner. The car has been appraised at $27000.
