1932' Dodge Dk8

1932 Straight Eight continental touring model DK8, VERY RARE
The car has had an interior fire and now needs restoring.
I got the car with panels removed for the resto and have loosely assembled the car for photographic reasons to show what is there. The body tub is only rested back on the chassis and will need removing and mounting properly on new wood etc. The car was registered in Ireland and I was told the Insurance payout was about £85k due to it's lovely condition , pre fire and it's rarity
Engine , transmission, axle are all believed good as are the brakes which are like new , so I assume this car had been restored and well looked after in the past. It has the original number plates that are still registered to the vehicle in Ireland but I do not have the paperwork. The two right hand doors need welding at the bottom inside but the rest of the body seems very sound.
Any interior could be fitted as the original was completely burnt out. I got most of the door furniture with it, but no glass.Lovely Wooden spoked wheels with white wall tyres and also touring box.The wheels on their own would cost a small fortune, Any questions or to view call Pete.
