Seller's comments about 1982' Ferrari 308

Furlonger are pleased to offer this UK supplied Ferrari 308 GTBi finished in its original specification of Rosso Corsa over a Beige and Nero leather interior. Chassis no. 42653 is 1 of just 42 examples produced for the UK market and was delivered new via concessionaires Colmore Depot LTD of Birmingham Road, West Bromwich, to Mr. J. Walsh. A long-standing client of Furlonger, Mr. Walsh has shared many fond memories of his ownership of this car with us, including journeys across the length of the UK.
Throughout its life, this 308 GTBi has been owned by likeminded enthusiasts who’ve sought to enjoy the car, but ensure it is routinely maintained and adequately stored. The 308 GTBi has visited both main dealers and specialists for its servicing requirements, with Furlonger undertaking its maintenance since 2022.
This Ferrari 308 GTBi has recently been through our workshop for a comprehensive overhaul prior to being marketed for sale. Sparing no expense, we have rebuilt the car’s original engine, replaced the cambelts, conducted mechanical preparation where necessary, ensured all electrical components are functioning as intended and fitted 4 new Michelin TRX tyres. Further, we have refurbished all four wheels, and our trusted body shop has refreshed the car’s exterior.
Now offered for sale, and comprehensively prepared via our workshop, this Ferrari 308 GTBi poses a timely opportunity for those wishing to experience the thrills of a highly useable, exciting, and iconic classic Ferrari. Accompanied by its original service handbook, manuals, book-pack and various invoices, ready to be enjoyed by its next keeper.
