We are pleased to offer a rare opportunity to acquire a beautifully presented and well-documented 1988 Ferrari 412, finished in elegant Metallic Blue coachwork over Cream leather upholstery. As the final evolution of Ferrari’s classic front-engine V12 2+2 lineage, the 412 combines discreet styling, luxurious comfort, and genuine Ferrari performance.
This particular example benefits from extensive service history with Maranello Ferrari in Egham and recent mechanical attention by DK Engineering, one of the most respected Ferrari specialists in the UK.
2018 saw the car visit a high-end classic restoration specialist as it was decided by the owner that the exhaust system fitted was well aged and not providing the drama compulsory for a V12 engine Ferrari, a fully custom stainless steel exhaust system was made totally by hand at the cost of £6000!
The beating heart of the Ferrari 412 is its 4. 9-liter V12 engine, developed from the legendary Gioacchino Colombo design, producing 340 horsepower. The car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 6. 7 seconds and has a top speed of around 155 mph .
With only 576 examples produced, the Ferrari 412 is one of the rarest V12 models of the era — and among the last to feature pop-up headlights. Combining modern usability with old-world Ferrari craftsmanship, it represents a highly collectible and usable classic.
