Seller's comments about 1990' Ferrari Testarossa
Ferrari Testarossa, supplied by Maranello Concessionaires Australia to a Mr M J Moores who collected the car himself from the Ferrari factory on the 8th March 1990. The first service was performed by a German Ferrari dealer after 600 miles. Mr Moores then used the car in Europe until 24th October 1990 where it was then sold to a Mr Herman Malinen from Finland.I purchased the car from Ferrari specialist Nick Cartwright in May 1993 and being the sole UK owner I have now owned this car for over 32 years. During ownership between ourselves and Ferrari specialist it has been very well maintained with only dry weather use. It is fitted with a Tube stainless steel sports exhaust and it has been upgraded to a 512 single plate clutch and flywheel. Original parts will be supplied with the carThe most recent work carried out was by Michael Stirland at MDS Services in June 2024. Work included a full service, new cam belts, cam tensioner, 12 new injectors, new spark plugs & extenders, new distributor caps, new coolant system pressure cap, replacement brake master cylinder and brake servo rebuild.In autumn 2025 we had all four brake calipers rebuilt, brake discs refaced, handbrake shoes re lined and disc pads replaced and then detailed.Presented in the iconic Rosso Corsa with Crema leather interior and tan carpets, this exceptional Testarossa is a superb low mileage example of Ferrari’s legendary 12-cylinder grand tourer with only 9660 miles from new.The car benefits from fitted seat covers and over-mats and retains its original tool kit, space-saver spare wheel, and handbooks housed in the original leather pouch.We will supply this car with 12 months MOT, freshly serviced with four new tyres and a new battery.
