Under the hood there is a reinforced engine with a capacity of 1.6 liters and 100 HP, which ensures dynamic driving without losing the classic character. Fiat was one of the first companies to offer DOHC engines with a timing belt in mass-produced passenger cars. This unit was designed by Aurelio Lampredi, a former Ferrari engineer. The base was the OHC unit block known from the Fiat 124, with five crankshaft supports. The necessary changes were introduced and a completely new head and timing system were designed. In 1968, the production of the 125 Special version began, which had a reinforced 100 HP engine, thanks to which the maximum speed increased to 170 km/h. A five-speed gearbox was also used. The car is in a beautiful green color, which highlights its unique style. Unusual, unique lights that give the car a unique charm. Electric sunroof, rare in this type of cars. All buttons and sliders are close to the driver's hands. The clocks are also worth attention. Classic, simple, round, but brilliant.
