1964' Fiat 500

This cool fiat 1500 osi familiare from our personal collection, is now for sale.

osi, acronym for "officine stampaggi industriali" was a coachbuilding company founded in 1960 in turin .
the short lived company made some custom built cars based on alfa romeo. Ford and fiat like this 1500.
so this fiat is a "coach builder " car, very rare to find , mostly extincted.

matching -and super nice- colors with asi certification "oldtimer italian register" and original 1964 plates.

car bought by us in 2015 from his 2nd owner.
originally sold in pesaro (italy) , the car was totally restored in 1990 by two famous specialist of the area "cimarelly pergola" and "campanelli ponte rio", curiosuly still in activity.
then in 2002 the car passed to a classic cars enthusiast from liguria who did not use it too much .

since this fiat is with us it received a lot of technical works to make it drivable with reliability .
shockers, whitewall tires , fuel tank and many other components were replaced in 2016.
more recently the car received new clutch and new water radiator and complete brakes service.

this cool "giardinetta" is enjoyable for any distance with a very safe and pleasant driving.
all struments and electric works perfectly, brakes are balanced, accurate engine and precise gearbox.

the body is very clean with rust free undercarriage and nice paint. The chrome parts are really beautiful.
the engine bay is still original, never restored and without corrosion , also if paint have some logical minor marks.

interior is very authentic. The leatherette is still from the factory except the driver seat , surely renewed some years ago.
we reviewed in our upholsterer the seats sewings and replaced the carpet .
headlining , door cards and dashboard are totally pristine.

car have the original instruction book and the sales brochure.

in conclusion a very rare car to find . normally the station wagon of that years were used until the become exhausted , and finished extinguished. This is a very sincere example for fiat or exotic cars collectors.
