Seller's comments about 1971' Fiat 500L
Tiny Car Company are pleased to offer for sale this rare UK right hand drive Fiat 500L project car.
This is a complete car but does require full restoration. These little Fiats make for a great restoration project as every part and panel are available in the UK and the parts are very affordable. These are very simple little cars which makes them a superb project.
We were originally planning on restoring this car ourselves but with several customer restorations on the go and more in the pipeline, we have decided to let a few of our own projects go to free up some space. We have another RHD Fiat 500F project that we will also be listing and if you are looking for a road ready 500, we usually have a few available in LHD and RHD.
We have stripped the car of its glass, engine, interior etc and had the shell sand blasted and primed so you can see exactly what the car needs in terms of bodywork. all the parts were bagged and stored and the car comes complete although many of these parts will be replaced in the restoration.
The car will need inner wings sills and floor pans as a minimum but as RHD shells go, its fairly solid as can be seen in the photos.
The PEN 906G plate comes with the car and we have been told this has some value, I do not know much about this but from my research this can be sold on once the car has been restored as an MOT is required to transfer the plate.
Viewing is recommended and the car can be viewed at our showroom in Chelmsford. Delivery is available.
