1935' Fiat Spyder

This lovely Fiat Balilla with the Spider coachwork is owned by one family for 44 years.
First owned by the brother in law of the owner and since 2001 in the hands of the current owner.
It’s completly restored to concours condition by the owner and his wife , she renewed the red leather interior to the original design.
The Fiat was sold in 1935 when new by the “Deutsche Fiat Automobil Verkauf in Berlin – Germany , but in 1939 this car was allready in the Netherlands , (there is a repair badge on the radiator dated 1939 , repair is done by Bloksma Radiateuren Fabriek from Amsterdam.
The car was photographed in the early 1960’s on a local flower show.
Since the restoration was finished in 2004 the Balilla was registered in the Netherlands on her original registration number from 1956 , the original “Linnen kenteken”registration is still with the car , an other nice item in the file is the orginal “FIAT Cartoncino Unita”Card from the factory which was found under the dashboard during the restoration.
The Fiat is allways been garaged , well maintained by her owner and used for several events and tour rallys in the Netherlands , Belgium and France.
Very comfortable car to drive with hydraulic brakes and 4 speed gearbox , the 995cc – 4cylinder – 24HP engine gives the car enough power to cruise at 80km/h.
Even this car is restored 16 years ago , it’s in a perfect condition , chromework is shining , paint is fabulous and has almost no wear of use.
