Stunning Ford Capri 2. 8 Injection 4 Speed Model which was restored a number of years ago and has to be one of the best we have seen. It comes with a history file including original book packs and service book with 5 stamps, a folder full of old MOTs and receipts for money spent during the restoration and in its earler years. As you are probably aware we look at these old cars every day. We seldom get one that impresses us as much as this car. I cant really fault it to be honest. Whoever restored it has put a lot of work and love into it. Body - Capri 2. 8 in Cobalt Blue over Silver. Car is straight as an arrow all round and the paintwork is pretty much flawless. Bumpers and trim are all very good as well. It just looks amazing out in the sun. Chassis number clearly visible on the floor. Sunroof works both ways and is really free.Mechanics - Everything looks to have been refurbished or replaced during the restoration. Underneath is as clean as up top and has been detailed to a high standard. Everything works including the heater fan, which is a common capri problem. The car still retains its original 4 speed gearbox.Interior - Stunning unmarked blue check interior. Original dash with no cracks and factory radio. Door cards, headlining and carpet are all superb. Wheels - Original Pepperpots x 5 which have been refurbished with good tyres. This is a superb example which would stand head and shoulders above a lot of cars at a show.
