Seller's comments about 1966' Ford Cortina
Ford Cortina 1500 GT
Lovely looking Cortina GT that has been with its current owner for 10 years, now selling due to lack of use.
Originally imported from Sweden to Finland.
It has always been well maintained and looked after, all that it needs now is a new owner and some memorial times out on the road.
The exterior was overpainted at some stage by the previous owner, not been painted within the 10-year ownership with the current owner. Most of the internal areas seem to still be in original paint.
Chassis and the underneath of the vehicle are totally rust free and in great order, no signs of nasty weld repairs. It has been rust protected from vertically new, so this has helped keep it in good condition.
Interior is intact and very presentable for its age. The red floor matting looks to be aftermarket but been done well.
Mechanically everything is in order and works well.
Registered on the Finnish Museum register.
