Selling on behalf of a customer this Blue Mink Series 1 1600E. Its a March 68 car which starts runs and drives and has had a small fortune spent on it mechanically. Its solid and perfectly useable but not a show winner for sure. We have the current V5 showing two previous owners, but not a lot of history with it. Its showing 33000 miles on the clock but more likely to be 133, 000 or had a clock change. Body - 1600E. looks like its had strut top repairs / inner wings at some point as the extra strengthening plates are either missing or welded over. Underneath is solid and it has the correct tramp bar brackets on it which look original. Floors look to have been protected with underseal which has done its job. Evidence of older repairs in bootwells and rear arches. Car is very presentable and useable. Paintwork is fairly tidy. Rust bubble on nsf wing where it meets the door. If you looking for a show winner this is not it, but it is good useable example. Driver side wiper has went missing but we will get one and get it fitted. Mechanics - Starts first time. Engine was rebuilt fairly recently. 5 Speed box conversion. All gauges work including the speedo. Good brakes, clutch. Car drives well. Exhaust looks like it was also replaced very recently . Interior - Series 2 seats fitted. Dash top has a small crack in corner. Good door cards, headlining and carpet. Wheels - Full chrome Rostyles with 195/ 55/ 13 tyres. Front two wheels are ok. Rears could do with a refurb. Tyres are all good but prtobably too low a profile for the car. Fairly tidy old car which you can jump in and use straight away. You are more than welcome to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quote Thanks for looking
