Looking for a car you can buy and immediately start winning car shows? Youve found it, and at a price that wont break the bank! This street rod 1956 Ford Customline hardtop is a real sweetheart, and has had great attention to detail in the frame-off restoration. One glance in the door jambs, engine compartment, and even wheel wells will show that this is a true show car. A high gloss Seafoam Green paint job looks beautiful with the chrome these 50s cars are known for. Modern American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are always a hit, and look great tucked in the rear wheel wells of this Ford. The interior is done in a blue cloth that compliments the exterior nicely. The dash is finished off in the same high gloss Seafoam Green and holds an AM/FM/Cassette player and a custom gauge bezel. The door panels and rear panels are custom and look great. The seats are comfortable and the shifter is right in reach to grab gears as you head down the main drag. Thats right, this street rod has a T5 5-speed manual transmission! Pair that with power front disc brakes and you are ready to ride. The trunk carries the same custom upholstery as the interior of the car, and has a cover for the trunk mounted battery. Even the underside of the trunk lid received custom paneling. Under the hood is sure to grab attention as the firewall, inner fenders, and radiator support are all painted and polished to a show quality finish. The engine is nicely dressed with finned valve covers and a billet air cleaner. Even the master cylinder gets in on the action, with the same Seafoam Green paint. Most people dont put this kind of money into the Customlines and Crestlines, but this example makes us think that more people should! This is a car that will definitely stand out at shows, and is sure to get people asking what is it? With 50s styling everywhere you look, the headlights, taillights, grill, and wheel well shape this car is unmistakably a cool 1950s custom cruiser!
