1980' Ford Escort 1600 Sport

Built at Halewood Plant in 1980 using the last of the heavy duty RS shells. The 1600 Sport was then shipped to South Africa having just owners in South Africa the car had just covered 57000 miles when purchased by the previous owner in 2011 via Montescorts and was described as being in "totally original condition".
The Sport was enjoyed and clocked up a further 35000 miles. The car remains in very nice original order with striking period interior. The car has had extensive mechanical servicing to keep it reliable and ready to have fun
