All Steel Body and FendersEngine - 350" 4-bolt mains, 1972 truck engine which was a factory 175-hp. (Casting # 3970014 = 68-79 350cu in)  (Engine code # V0607TRH = Flint, MI, June, 7th, 1972 350 cu in 175 hp, 4 bolt mains) (Spark plug holes in heads use tapered-seat plugs, not the gasket plugs a normal 69 engine would use.) Was bored .030 over when rebuilt has TRW pistons, Chevy street hydraulic cam, with Edelbrook valve covers and air cleaner, Carter AFB - 600 CFM carb with an electric choke on a Torquer 2 manifold.Hurst front engine-mount plate, Ford insulator biscuits.Turbo hydromatic 400 transmission, stock torque converter, changed governor to provide proper shifting in a light car.1970 Mustang floor shifter contains neutral/park safety switch and backup-light switch.1957 Chevy drive shaft, shortened. Front u-joint is hybrid-sized large cups on transmission side, smaller cups on shaft side.Rear end is early 1956 GM housing with a 1963 or 64 pumpkin, mounted on Gremlin parallel springs and shackles, stock brakes.Front wheels 14x5" Rally-look, from Chevy II, with beauty rings and 1948 Ford caps. Rear wheels 15x7 or 8" Corvette Rally with beauty rings and 1948 Ford caps.Front end is dropped early I-beam axle on split wishbones, stock spring with a ¾ spacer, Disc brake conversion  (MP Brakes)Brake booster is Midland large size, vacuum-powered.   http://dave78chieftain.com/MidlandRoss.htmlMaster cylinder is dual MP Brakes for disc on front and drums on rear, mounted to early pedal assembly. Left pedal (originally clutch) operates brakes.Steering column is 52 truck F-250, with shortened housing for Pitman shaft (so it would fit inside the frame). Pitman shaft is not shortened. Pitman arm is from Mustang, selected from dealer stock for length and size.Column housing is a plain steel tube. Turn signals are from Ron Francis Wires Works.Stock dash, center hole widened to take Stewart-Warner gauges Chevron model. Gauges are Stage 3 Stewart-Warner. Ignition switch is from Ron Francis Wires Works as is headlights switch. Gas pedal assembly is from 1976 Ford.Walker radiator.
