Seller's comments about 1913' Ford Model T

Tudor Wheels are well known for offering an interesting selection of vintage, veteran and classic vehicles for sale. Our speciality is Henry's wonderful Ford Model T.
We have been asked by a customer to offer this gorgeous 1913 Ford Model T 4 seater Touring.
It has been imported from New Hampshire USA and has had a sympathetic refurbishment including preserving and re-creating the original 1913 seat upholstery.
New seat cushions have been made with new (aged) leather and the original backs have been heavily treated with Neatsfoot Oil. The combination of original and new work perfectly together.
The hood cover looks to have been custom made many years ago with a beautiful bevel edged rear window.
The body which is unique to an early 1913 has been stripped to bare metal and was found to be in stunning condition. It has been professionally re-painted in Deep Blue and Gloss Black.
To add to this delight, the engine has been fitted with high compression aluminium pistons and a period electric starter motor.
The new 12 volt battery and wiring are subtly hidden from view but easily accessible for maintenance.
The beautiful brass radiator has been professionally re-cored and restored.
The Hickory wooden wheels are all in exceptional condition and new tyres, inner tubes and rear lined brake shoes have all been fitted.
The oil sidelights and rear lamp are all in really good order and the acetylene headlamps have been restored and converted to 12 volt halogen, so just a flick of the switch and you're off on that late night trip to the restaurant!
The car presents as an incredibly high specification vehicle that has had a substancial amount of money spent on making it an excellent example of a true Edwardian car.
