1984' GMC Suburban

This truck has been mechanically and well maintained throughout the life we have owned it, which has been for about 12 years.

This has been our daily driver all the time taking the kids to school doing the shopping and now the time has come to sell it.

We had the motor fully reconditioned with (@174965 miles) everything being done including new radiator, reduction drive starter motor, injection pump injectors etc costing over $15,000 (have receipts) very reliable.
Also replaced front and rear shocks reconditioned diff head, brakes have been flushed replaced rear wheel cylinders. Just had new kickdown cable fitted and trans serviced.
Rear tailgate rubber has been replaced.
Has a Sony explode stereo with amp sub and 4 6x9 speakers sounds awesome.
New front grille and front and rear bumpers.
Very economical for a big truck, we drive it from Auckland to Gisborne a lot.
The fuel gauge isn't very accurate we just put in 60-70 litres every three weeks.
L/f window is a bit sluggish probably needs a grease and tracks cleaned all other windows work fine.
Interior is in good order we replaced the carpets, the rear cargo area has some staining. Drivers side of the front seat needs minor repair.
She has a small bit of rust in the bottom of the back passenger door shown in the photos.
Sad to see her go but times change so now is the time for someone else to enjoy her.

This model truck in RHD are going up in value so if you keep looking after her could be a great investment.
Will be sold as you see it with road users up to date rego and current wof.
Will supply a complete parts book that details the truck so you can import any parts you need. I have done this and it is easy. Most parts are available in NZ.

This would be a great truck to take to next year's Beach Hop, its a real head turner with plenty of room in the back for a large mattress.
This truck drives very well cheap on gas easily drive from the top of the country to the bottom no problem. The new owner will be real happy everyone loves it.
