1960 HILLMAN MINX 1500CC DELUXE CABRIOLET SERIES IIIB
Surely one of the prettiest convertible classics around finished in pale blue with corresponding pale blue leather trim, matching tonneau cover and dark blue hood. Clearly this car has been fully restored during its lifetime; the interior is mainly original and in very good order as is the rest of the car. There have been three previous keepers who have covered a total of 76000 miles (believed to be correct and certainly looks so) in its privileged lifetime.
It is such a head turner we have yet to see anyone visiting the showroom not fall in love with it. It is a historic vehicle so is both tax and MoT exempt.
Features include: wing mirrors, white walls, aerial, side strips, co-ordinating hood cover, 4 speed floor change gearbox interior mirror, heater, seats piped in co-ordinating dark blue, car cover, over mats, ace wheel trims, split front grille, rear vertical tail lamps, light fins, spare wheel and toolkit.
History folder includes: original V5 and paperwork, current V5, DVLA paperwork, insurance docs, correspondence, invoices circa £3000 for maintenance and upkeep, letters, Lucas Magnet Marelli booklet, original document holder.
Who would not want to drive such a beautiful example of a cherished vehicle. We might be in the UK but in our head we could be driving in the south of France with this gem. We love it!
