Seller's comments about 1966' Jaguar E-Type

1966 Series 1 Jaguar 2+2 Coupe .. Barn find.We have been consigned by our client to sell this Jaguar E Type Coupe. Finished in metallic blue with wire wheels and chrome detail. The interior is completed with original Ox Red leather seats to wood dash surround and chrome detail.Here we have a genuine 4 Owner Jaguar E Type Series 1 we have dragged out the barn. The owner a retired engineer had fully stripped this E Type and rebuilt from the ground up changing or replacing any parts that were warn old and no longer usable. The engine - gearbox - rear axle along with all suspension was rebuilt with new parts along with many items. Unfortunately a few years back the owner passed away leaving the Jaguar almost completed. Many parts available to complete including new chrome bumpers and light surrounds. The Jaguar starts and runs fine however the master cylinder on the clutch has failed so can’t be driven.. The Jaguar comes with many invoices and paperwork etc.. A car that needs to be viewed for you to make up your mind on the extent of work left to complete . The paintwork was carried out some years back and is in good condition but not the best paint job 7-10 … The Chrome is all good , The interior and leather are in very good shape and needs a good clean and leather cream..
