For having achieved numerous first prizes, in various lists and rankings made by several of the world's most weighted entities (one of them being the sexiest car of all time), the Jaguar E-type does not require any type of presentations.

Although most of these titles were destined for the E-Type Series 1, the “Mark 3” was substantially better at everything. More usable, more comfortable, more spacious, safer, more reliable and more efficient. This is perfectly to be expected, as more than 10 years have passed since the model was presented to the world in 1961.

In order to keep up with the demands of the times, as well as to accommodate the significantly larger V12 engine, the bodywork unavoidably had to undergo some changes. Nevertheless, the third series of the Jaguar E-Type remains an indisputably beautiful car.

The specimen we have here is in an absolutely immaculate state. Factory configured in a spectacular “Azure” blue over dark blue leather (combination number 27), with chrome-plated rims to complement. The previous and sole owner submitted it to a detailed restoration process, where the focus was to keep all the originality of this Jaguar.

It is also equipped with an automatic transmission and self-locking differential (as it came out of the factory) and is mechanically extremely healthy. The engine has all its power and the driving pleasure it provides is superb.

Considered one of the best “grand tourers” in the world, without a doubt that anyone looking for an E-Type not only for investment, but also for using it, the S3 is undoubtedly the one to buy.
