Originally supplied by Parkers of Bolton UK to Waring & Gillow Ltd. the car went to Jersey in 1985 where it spent much of its life there in a private collection. The car was repatriated in 2015 when I purchased it. This is a matching numbers car. It has a Jaguar Enthusiast heritage certificate and documentation showing that she has the original registration issued to the car. She is fitted with a five speed gearbox but the original gearbox is available. The engine was recently completely rebuilt professionally by SS specialist Dave Davenport who has maintained the vehicle during my ownership. The electrics have been modified to suit modern motoring but still retains the semaphore signals. I have recently fitted a set of Blockley tires, which have transformed the driving experience. The car drives well and recently covered 1000 miles plus without any problems. This is a very usable car that is ready to drive and be enjoyed.
