Seller's comments about 1946' Jaguar Mk4 Mk1V Mk4
Mine since 1976. Restored in the early 1980's. Bare metal restoration by Midland Car Restorations, new joints, rebuilt wheels, rebuilt engine, carpets, french polishing, headlining & Chrome etc. Has a remote cable Ferranti radio.
Not used for 20 years but stored in a Carcoon. Just had fresh tyres fitted and fluids just replaced. Runs sweet.
Photographic record and lots of documents including the original log book. Workshop manuals. Tool kit.
Faults: Oil leak from rear gearbox seal, some pitting on the alloy side strips & fine micro blistering of the paint finish but paint finish still looks very good considering it's 35 years old.
Very pretty car which is much admired.
Can arrange delivery in UK or to port or maybe mainland Europe.
Priced to sell at £36500 firm.
