1951' Jaguar Mk5 Mark V

Unique car, restored 2 years ago. Fitted with Jaguar/Daimler 2.5 litre V8 and matching 3 speed auto. Engine fully rebuilt, fitted with all new bearings, new valves and valve seats, heads repaired and machined to as new status, Holley twin choke carbie with electric choke, electronic ignition installed, new radiator core, rebuilt gearbox, new torque converter, new electric fuel pump, fuel tank descaled, rust removed and internally sealed with impervious membrane, all new bushes and bearings in suspension and wheels, new brake shoes, new brake master cylinder, all wheel cylinders rebuilt, all new brake lines, and remote brake power booster fitted, full air conditioning system installed, electric power steering installed, split steering column installed, new wiring loom, LED brake lights and running lights installed, electrical system converted to negative earth and new 130 amp alternator fitted. New Michelin X Stop 185 R 16 radial tires fitted. Internally, new English wool carpets fitted, new electric powered front seats with integral lap/sash seat belts installed, all leather seats, rear lap seat belts installed, all woodwork redone, new cloth head lining, tachometer converted to electronic, all instruments work. Body work repainted in black and silver. Car drives beautifully.
