Seller's comments about 1951' Jaguar Xk120

We are very pleased to offer to the market this rare genuine early RHD XK120 OTS with the important all matching numbers. Finished in its original colours, Silver grey with Red leather interior Sold new by French importer Delecroix in early 1951 to a British wealthy man living in Nice, Côte d’Azur. It has been through a few collectors hands since. This well advised and esthete man ordered the car with the famous Robergel wire wheels, this allows you to keep the original and so beautiful rear spats even with wire wheels, not possible with central Rudge hubs. A very rare option which make this XK120 look absolutely stunning and unique. A completely correct car and matching in everyway as confirmed by the Jaguar heritage certificate Original early studless engine still with its original head. Original frame and body. Alloy bonnet / boot / doors only found on the early production cars. A great opportunity to get a rare early RHD XK 120 with genuine matching numbers that has never been re-bodied or damaged. Since our purchase we have carried out a significant amount of work to bring this XK up to our usual standards, this includes….

 Complete bare metal respray
 Complete re-wire
Mechanical overhaul to include engine tune and engine bay detail
 Complete set of fuel lines
 Complete set of water hoses
 High torque starter motor
 Alternator conversion
 New tyres
 Complete health check and service
New MOT & clean bill of health

Now on the button and ready to go, this very early car offers a fantastic investment opportunity whilst the earlier Alloy cars continue to climb in price rapidly. Export and finance enquiries welcome
