Seller's comments about 1954' Jaguar Xk120
Looking for best offers on my XK120 SE / M (180bhp) OTS (Open Two Seater) also known as Roadster is finished in stunning Connaught green with contrasting light green leather interior, it is one of last XK120’s to be built (last month of production was August 1954 and this was on 17th). It’s LHD and UK registered (it has an MOT expiring 20th Jan 2018…though this is not required being pre 1960). The Jaguar Heritage certificate confirms that the engine and head are Matching Numbers!
For over 36 years (in Idaho) the last owner has kept this car in beautiful condition. It has a nice crisp gearbox that compliments a strong ‘throaty’ engine. The paintwork has been recently refreshed and the interior has been re-trimmed in leather with new carpets. The chrome wire wheels are new and it comes a new but as yet unfitted hood shown in the boot with side screens. Underneath the car is solid, and the chassis appears to be in good condition and the front suspension has received new bushes and ball joints.
My car can be viewed in Gloucestershire halfway between Bristol and Cheltenham. I’m only selling due to a new self-build house in 2018.
