Seller's comments about 1985' Jaguar Xk120 Aristocat
I am selling here my XK120 ARISTOCAT that I have bought some time ago in the UK (so MOTs still available). It is now registered in Germany as historic car. Has only 20.000 miles on the clock and has a 4.2 l Jaguar injection engine and automatic gear box. It comes with a big built file - everything is NOW in a very good condition but I had to invest quite some money to get it through German TÜV
What was done:
- breakes completely new (I can hardly understand how someone can drive with the breaking system that was inside before)
- Engines overhault including new injection nozzles
- tank renewed
- some minor underneath works (as the frame is galvanised)
All in all several 1000 pounds
But now, it drives extremely well. It comes with a sort of TARGA roof that you can take off completely or just drive partially open. It is fully water tight (I tested it this spring, when it was raining like hell here). New tires, new wire wheels. Interior very clean with radio - cd player. Large trunk.
I am also selling a Jaguar Etype Challenger, Porsche 356A Coupe and Austin Healey HALDANE - can be sold in a package
