1935' Lagonda Rapier

Here at the Car Barn we are pleased to offer this rare Lagonda Rapier. When the Lagonda Rapiers were manufactured you ordered a basic chassis, and took the car to your preferred coach builder.
This car has a rare and unique Brooklands Style Aluminium body which has an interesting story to go with it. This car has a huge history file as well as the car being well known within the Rapier Club.
We have correspondence dating back to the 1960's within the history files, the car is very fortunate to have previous keepers so detailed in their record keeping.
Recently we have done a restoration of the car bringing it up the beautiful condition you see it in today. Most importantly we have completed a much sought after and rare 1500cc engine conversion, giving the car much more usable power over the original 1100cc unit.
This also gives an added advantage of a higher level of competitiveness if you wish compete with this car on speed events.
With having had well into 5 figures spent on this restoration, we strongly believe that this is one of the best Lagonda Rapiers for sale in the world.
