Seller's comments about 1950' Land Rover 80"
Land Rover’s story started with the 80”. This one, in good condition with nice patina, is ready to be enjoyed at 75th Anniversary events this year.
Original British vehicle - supplied by The Bedford Garage Exeter, registered 1/ 10/ 1950
Founding vehicles of the Land Rover Series One Club, owned by two founding members
Christened ‘Rosie” as the original restorers drank cider!
Rebuilt by Andrew Stevens for his son, Ben.
Used regularly, including trips to Europe.
Displayed at British Motor show, LR Legends & JLR Classic works
MOT, Tax & ULEZ exempt & cheap to insure
Original & rare factory Aluminium bulkhead &
detachable hardtop
Very good chassis & 1997cc engine.
Rare ‘lights through full grille’ model

Fairey overdrive
