1959' Land Rover Series 2

I bought this lovely lady in 2010 but I have known her for 41 years. She belonged to a neighbour when I moved here in 1980, he gave it to his gardener, also a neighbour, who sold it to me in 2010.
She had a major rebuild in 2016 by Warne Series Restoration, for which | have full details. In October this year I had new brake drums fitted together with a new master cylinder and all four new slaves. The object was to bring the braking up to what I consider to be the right standard for modern road conditions and that has been achieved.
She has worn well in her first 62 years and in her present condition I see no reason why she should not be good for another 60 ( electric of course ! )
She passed her MOT last week with no advisories,
of course.
