1999 Mercedes E240 Elegance Automatic

A one off car which has covered just 22, 000 miles and is practically unmarked inside and out, previously sold by ourselves to Sir Anthony Joliffe and now offered for sale on his behalf.

The car has been meticulously maintained despite covering little mileage, the service records detailing prior maintenance at 3757, 5732, 10295, 10970, 11000, 11089, 11167, 11286, 11568, 11791, 11812, 12201, 13979 and 15076 miles. To say this car has lead a pampered life is a major understatement ! The car further benefits from 4 new Avon tyres, the original tyres were still on the car when we originally bought it and were replaced due to age rather than mileage.

Garaged from new and retained by the original owner until 2018, the car has quite clearly been cherished and maintained in immaculate condition. We sold this car to Sir Anthony Joliffe when it had covered just 18, 000 miles, Sir Anthony has recently relocated into central London and has no further need for the car. The car presents and drives quite literally like new, the underside being just as good as it is on top.

Finished in brilliant silver and specified with merlin blue leather upholstery the specification of the period includes air conditioning, electric tilt/ slide sunroof, cruise control, electric windows front and rear, electric mirrors, powerfold mirrors, powered lowering of rear headrests, original Blaupunkt stereo, headlamp washers, multiple air bags, traction/ stability control, 16 inch alloy wheels with fresh Avon tyres fitted in January which replaced the Continental tyres which had been on the car since new ! This is a facelift model and as such benefits from the later tiptronic gearbox.

Supplied with two sets of keys, original owners manual, workshop manuals, parts catalogues etc.

It is highly unlikely there will be another W210 in this condition, one for the Mercedes collector or enthusiast.
