Seller's comments about 1954' Mercedes-Benz 300 Adenauer
Welcome to Oldie Point! We are constantly looking for classic cars and youngtimers! We look forward to your offer! Daimler-Benz AG presented its new luxury car with a six-cylinder in-line engine in April 1951 at the 34th International Automobile Exhibition in Frankfurt am Main. Commonly known as the Mercedes-Benz 300, this car was the first German representative limousine after the Second World War - with 115 hp, it was one of the fastest series vehicles in German production at the time. After the first German Chancellor, Konrad Adenauer, decided on this vehicle as his company car, the name “Adenauer-Mercedes” became commonplace for the W186 300. We present you here a copy from 1954, which was registered for the first time in March of the same year in Schärding as a management car. At the beginning of the 1980s it came to a well-known Mercedes expert in Lower Austria and since 1985 it has been in the current family ownership! The complete vehicle history is known based on the received, original individual approval notice. The interior has now been replaced in leather true to the original and the body has been repainted. Always regularly serviced and very well maintained, this "Adenauer-Mercedes" is still in very good condition. Commission sales on behalf of customers, therefore no guarantee.
